Exceptionally well-designed flat with its own small garden and a terrace from the back of the building. Bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In the living room a kitchenette with an oven and a double sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Separate entrance to the flat from the back of the building. Notes: 2x TV, DVD, microwave. Flat adapted for the disabled.

It is possible to reserve a parking space on the premises at a cost of PLN 50 per day.

The flat house "Łabędź" is located in the seaside district of Świnoujście opposite the spa park at 17 Sienkiewicza Street, 100m from the promenade and 200m from the beach.It is a four-storey building, dating from 1910-1911 and used previously as a holiday home. As part of its comprehensive reconstruction and modernization, while preserving the architectural charm of the early 1920s, luxurious flats were built there. Each of the flats is different and has its own unique atmosphere. The property has a barbecue and relaxation area. There is also a room for bicycles and wheelchairs available to our guests. The standard of finishing of the building and its surroundings meets all European requirements.
