The entry and parking place are from the Karsiborska Street. The alternative parking place is on the corner Grunwaldzka Street and 11-Listopada Street.

A one-room apartment located on the first floor with a north-west facing balcony. It comprises a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
The living room features a double bed and a single sofa bed, a coffee table and a wardrobe. There is a TV mounted on the wall. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, a two-ring electric hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. There is also space here for pets. A parking space is available on the premises.
