The entry and parking place are from the Karsiborska Street. The alternative parking place is on the corner Grunwaldzka Street and 11-Listopada Street.

Spacious two-bedroom flat located in a new building on the 6th floor. It consists of a living room combined with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. From the living room you can access the furnished balcony. There are double beds in both bedrooms. The flat comes with a parking space in the underground garage.
Sun Tower are two modern buildings located on Wyspiańskiego Street, just one kilometre from the promenade and the beach. Situated in the heart of the city, the two towers are a few minutes' walk from the city centre. Commercial premises are to be created on the ground floor of the building. The area of the estate is to be developed, a playground and elements of small architecture are to be created.
