The entry and parking place are from the Karsiborska Street. The alternative parking place is on the corner Grunwaldzka Street and 11-Listopada Street.
After 6pm you can pick up the keys from our safe under the condition that your stay I fully payed.

Elegant and modern two-bedroom flat located on the 2nd floor of the Seaside Garden building. It consists of a cosy living room with kitchenette, a separate open-plan bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with: fridge, dishwasher, two-burner induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living space has a separate dining area that seats four people. The flat has a balcony, which faces south. The flat is located in a quiet street surrounded by trees. For an additional fee, it is possible to reserve a parking space in the underground garage.
The swimming pool and the whirlpool are available seasonally (from May to October).
The saunas are open all year round
The Seaside Garden building is one of the newest in Swinoujscie and is located just 200 metres from the beach. It stands out from other locations by the amenities that have been prepared for guests. On the roof of the building is an impressive terrace, where a free common relaxation area has been prepared, consisting of a swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas.
Due to the renovation work currently being carried out on the building, there may be noise inconveniences, which unfortunately are beyond our control.
