A two-level, modern two-bedroom flat, located on the 4th and 5th floor. On the lower level there are two bedrooms (one with a 160*200 double bed, the other with a sofa bed) a dressing room, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The upper level comprises a spacious living room with kitchenette and toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner electric hob, capsule coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. In the living room there is a comfortable, wide sofa bed, a coffee table and a 55" TV. Meals can be eaten at a table with 4 chairs. Wi-Fi is available in the flat. Both levels have furnished balconies on the east side. There is a sea view from the upper level. The flat comes with a parking space in the underground garage.

Apart Park is a complex of three luxury buildings: Albus, Rubus and Lividus, completed in 2020. Each building has a lift. In one of them, in Lividus, a SPA zone and a gym are available.SPA zone consists of: a swimming pool, jacuzzi and 3 saunas (one steam and two dry). The SPA zone is open daily from 10 am to 8 pm and costs 25zl per hour per person. It is necessary to register at the reception of the Lividus building. The complex is located very close to the sea and the renewed promenade, where you can enjoy numerous dining and shopping facilities, and at the same time in a cosy part of the seaside district of Świnoujście. An unquestionable advantage is the proximity of the aquapark.
