Swan Suites - Wisus 34

The spacious and light-flooded two-room "Swan Suites" apartment is located on the third floor and has two balconies. One of these balconies is suitable to comfortably take breakfast, the other balcony even allows to enjoy a real sea view. The combination of the generously renovated old building with the modern interior design and the high level of equipment are really something special.

It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a balcony on the south side, a bedroom with a balcony on the east side and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. Wifi is available in the flat. For the comfort of guests, air conditioning has been installed in both the living room and the bedroom. A sauna and a fitness centre are available on the premises. There is a possibility to book a parking space on the premises (additional fee).

In total there are three special "Swan Suites" apartments in Villa Wisus. The spacious two-room apartments are located on the first floor and on the third floor, there immediately including sea view. The one-bedroom apartment on the first floor is a real eye-catcher. The combination of the generously renovated old building with the modern interior design and the high level of equipment are really something special. The villa itself has a sauna and a small fitness room.

Wisus is an intimate building located in Żeromskiego Street, right by the promenade, 100 metres from the beautiful beach.  The upper floors can be accessed by lift. The flats have been finished to a high standard and the building has retained its historic character. In the area there are restaurants, a children's playground and bicycle rental.

Equipment and design to stay

The high level of both the design and the furnishings of these apartments creates a feeling of well-being right from the start of your Baltic Sea vacation. The high standard of the "Swan Suites" apartments is also reflected in the furnishings themselves: starting with the extensive kitchen utensils, the multi-function coffee machine, the washing machine to the luxury SmartTV or even the small collection of books. As we all know, it's the little things that make the difference - including the sauna and fitness room in the house, which can be used free of charge.

First row in the old villa district

The historic Villa Wisus is located in the beautiful villa quarter in the western part of the spa area right in the coveted "first row". The beach is therefore ideal to reach and only 100 meters away. The numerous villas worth seeing and the tree population invite to walks also away from the promenade. Especially in this section of the spa area, an extraordinary second promenade was created between the beach dune and the lavishly modernized old promenade with the "Promenada Zdrowia".

"Swan Suites" in the Villa Wisus

Villa Wisus is a true showpiece in terms of successful renovation and restoration of a historical object. The complex reconstruction was completed only in 2021. The property shapes the overall image of the villa district as few houses do. "Swan Suites" has three apartments and a parking lot here.
