An exclusive two-bedroom flat, located on the 3rd floor in the Bałtycki complex, built just 50 m from the sea. The flat consists of a spacious living room where you will find a comfortable corner sofa bed, a large 65 inch TV, an equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle), a table and 6 chairs and a cosy reading corner. From the living room we have access to a large sunny balcony. The flat has two bedrooms each with a 160/200 double bed, both of which have access to a second north-facing balcony, which you can access on the roof terrace. Wireless internet can be used within the flat. Those arriving by car have the option of reserving a parking space in the underground garage.

Bałtycki Kompleks is two modern buildings with a lift, located just 50m from the sea and the new promenade, where you can enjoy numerous dining and shopping facilities, and at the same time in an intimate part of Świnoujście's seaside district. Another unquestionable advantage is the proximity of the graduation towers, which are fed with brine from the Świnoujście Spa. Breathing in the air around them helps to treat respiratory diseases and to strengthen the immune system.
