A cosy two-room apartment, located on the first floor of a beautiful, refurbished villa, with a balcony facing the North. The suite comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, two-hob electric plate, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), a double bed bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the living room, with windows to the North, a comfortable double corner bed will make for a good night's sleep. The living room is also furnished with a dinner table and four chairs, a nice modern chaise longue, a spacious wardrobe, a coffee table and a TV. Wireless Internet access, a laundry and a bicycle storage are all at our guests' disposal. Within the villa's premises you will also find a small playground and a place to grill. The „Stil” Villa is situated in the sea-side, residential quarter of Świnoujście at Konopnickiej Street 5. Konopnickiej Street is the first street parallel to the city's Promenade, about 150 m from the sea and 50 m from the promenade itself. The building has been completely modernised and rebuilt with care to keep the historical elements and architecture intact.
