A cosy two-room apartment, located on the first floor of a beautiful, refurbished villa, with a balcony facing the North. The suite comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, two-hob electric plate, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), a double bed bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the living room, with windows to the North, a comfortable double corner bed will make for a good night's sleep. The living room is also furnished with a dinner table and four chairs, a nice modern chaise longue, a spacious wardrobe, a coffee table and a TV. Wireless Internet access, a laundry and a bicycle storage are all at our guests' disposal. Within the villa's premises you will also find a small playground and a place to grill. Limited, free parking places, available within the premises, although no guarantee of availability. 

The „Stil” Villa is situated in the sea-side, residential quarter of Świnoujście at Konopnickiej Street 5. Konopnickiej Street is the first street parallel to the city's Promenade, about 150 m from the sea and 50 m from the promenade itself. The building has been completely modernised and rebuilt with care to keep the historical elements and architecture intact. For your convenience, we offer eight luxury flats with balconies to choose from.
