Two-room flat located on the third floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom (without doors) and a bathroom with a shower. The living room space is filled with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a TV set. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Behind the partition wall in the living room there is a bedroom with a bed. A parking space belongs to the flat. It is included in the flat price. For the comfort of our guests air conditioning is installed in the flat.
Villa Teresa is a three-storey building located at Piłsudskiego Street, between the seaside district and the city centre. Its convenient location in a green, peaceful area is an unquestionable advantage of this place. From here, you can reach the centre of Świnoujście and the beach within a few minutes' walk. Nearby, there is the Spa Park, Chopin Park and a historic observation tower, from which you can admire the view over the city.
