Apartamenty Bałtycka is a complex of two residential buildings located on the edge of the seaside district of Świnoujście, surrounded by a picturesque forest and close to the beach. Baltic Apartments are located just 300 m from the picturesque beach and in the immediate vicinity of a beautiful forest. This quiet and intimate escape is at the same time close to the centre of Świnoujście (1 km) and the German-Polish border (500 m). The building has access to an elevator and an underground garage.
Cosy oneroom apartment located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building in the Baltic complex. The premises consists of a living room with a kitchenette (2 electric hobs, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Comfortable sleeping is ensured by a 2-seater sofa and a fold-out armchair. The living room has a table and 2 chairs. The apartment has a beautiful, green terrace on the east side with access to a playground for children. Free wireless internet is available within the apartment.
