From one of the bedrooms, you can go out onto a terrace with a western orientation, with a view of the sea and the promenade. From the other bedroom you can go out onto a terrace with a northern orientation. Free wireless internet is available within the flat. It is possible to book an additional paid parking space on the property. The flat has free access to a locker inside the building and a bicycle room outside. There is a lift in the building.
