Independent house in a building serial. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a dining room and kitchenette (fridge, dish washer, 4 burner hob electric coffee maker, electric kettle,toaster) and a toilet. From the living room you can go out for a nice, furnished terrace with south orientation. On the first floor there are 3 separate bedrooms and bathroom with shower, WC and a washing machine. Two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, in a third are two single beds (there is a possibility to join them in one large). On the first floor there are also two balconies. Attic space fills an open bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe, from which you can go out on the terrace. In the house there is a garage which fits one car and also you can hide bicycles. Additionally in front of the house on the driveway you can park two cars. The house has a satellite TV and Wireless internet.
