A spacious and tasteful two-room apartment, located on the high ground floor of a beautiful, refurbished villa, with a terrace facing South-West, adjacent to the second building. The suite comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, two-hob electric plate, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), a double bed bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the living room, with windows to the South-West, a comfortable double sofa bed will make for a good night's sleep after a relaxing dinner for which we have provided a full table with four chairs. Access to the balcony is from the living room. Wireless Internet access, TV, a laundry and a bicycle storage are all at our guests disposal. Within the villa's premises you will also find a small playground and a place to grill. Limited, free parking places, available within the premises, although no guarantee of availability. 

The „Stil” Villa is situated in the sea-side, residential quarter of Świnoujście at Konopnickiej Street 5. Konopnickiej Street is the first street parallel to the city's Promenade, about 150 m from the sea and 50 m from the promenade itself.The building has been completely modernised and rebuilt with care to keep the historical elements and architecture intact. For your convenience, we offer eight luxury flats with balconies to choose from.
