A cosy and modern two-room apartment located on the second floor, with two balconies - one towards the South and the other towards the West. The suite comprises a living room with a functionally equipped kitchenette (fridge, four-hob electric plate, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), a double bed bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A comfortable double sofa bed in the living room will make for a good night's sleep. The fully furnished balconies are accessed from the living room and from the bedroom. Access to one of the balconies is from the bedroom. Guests are welcome to use our wireless Internet connection, laundry and bike storage. Within the villa's premises you will also find a small playground and a place to grill.  Limited, free parking places, available within the premises, although no guarantee of availability.

The "Stil II" Villa is a new building located in the backyard of "Villa Stil I". The villa has twelve comfortable apartments available: studio, two-room and three-room apartments with balconies. Within the villa's premises you will also find a small playground, grill and parking places for guests at the back of the building.

NOTE: As of 09.05.2024, Construction work has started on a residential building in the direct neighbourhood of the site, unfortunately there may be noise disturbance
