The living area comprises a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, two-hob electric plate, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster) and a dining part with a dinner table and four chairs. The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet. Wireless Internet access, TV, a laundry and a bicycle storage are all at our guests disposal. The „Stil” Villa is situated in the sea-side, residential quarter of Świnoujście at Konopnickiej Street 5. Konopnickiej Street is the first street parallel to the city's Promenade, about 150 m from the sea and 50 m from the promenade itself. The building has been completely modernised and rebuilt with care to keep the historical elements and architecture intact.
