Two-room apartment, located on the 3rd floor with a balcony facing southwest. It consists of a living room combined with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area and a TV set. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric hob, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine.
