It consists of a living room with a comfortable bed (140 cm), connected to an equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, 2-burner electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room with windows facing east is located obeside the queensize bed: a dining table, two chairs, a spacious wardrobe for clothes, a coffee table and TV. Wireless internet, laundry and bicycle room are available for guests. There is a small playground, barbecue area and free, unguarded parking (the number of parking spaces is limited, we do not guarantee availability).

Konopnickiej Street is the first street parallel to the city's Promenade, about 150 m from the sea and 50 m from the promenade itself.The building has been completely modernised and rebuilt with care to keep the historical elements and architecture intact.
