The entry and parking place are from the Karsiborska Street. The alternative parking place is on the corner Grunwaldzka Street and 11-Listopada Street.

A stylish and cozy two-level, three-room apartment located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the prestigious Baltic Park Plaża complex. The property is situated one block from the sea, ensuring guests comfort and tranquility.
The lower level features a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, an LCD TV, a radio, and a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, electric stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster) connected to the dining area. It is the perfect space for relaxation and spending time together.
The upper level features two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Both bedrooms have direct access to spacious, furnished terraces with sea views—one facing east (with an additional LCD TV), the other facing west, allowing you to enjoy both the morning sun and evening sunsets. One bedroom has a TV.
The apartment is equipped with wireless internet. It is possible to reserve a parking space on the property.
The Baltic Park Plaża complex, part of Baltic Park on Uzdrowiskowa Street, stands out for its unique location—on the dunes, between the promenade and a wide, sandy beach. It’s the perfect spot for those who value proximity to the sea and Świnoujście’s top attractions. The beach is just about 100 metres away, the water park is right next door, and the numerous promenades are perfect for active leisure. There is also a wide selection of restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity to add variety to any stay.
