The beautiful location of the flat in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the Baltic Sea but also the park ensure a quiet and relaxing holiday where you can easily reach everything on foot without a car.
On the one hand, the promenade is connected to the famous cross-border hiking and cycling trail that leads to the German towns of Kaiserbädern Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin, and on the other hand
to the restaurants, shops and attractions in Swinoujscie itself.
The brine graduation towers on the promenade are also in the immediate vicinity.
