Cozy two-room flat, located on the 2nd floor with north-eastern orientation of windows and balcony. The flat consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster), comfortable sofa bed and TV. The flat also consists of a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with two single beds. From the living room you can go out onto a furnished balcony with north-east orientation. Free wireless internet is available within the flat. It is possible to book an additional parking space on the premises. There is a lift in the building.
The "Baltic Park Promenada” is an integral part of the Baltic Park leisure resort situated at Uzdrowiskowa street. The building is situated right at the Promenade, inside a gated estate within just a few minutes' walking distance from the beach. Wooden shutters and light-coloured fronts are a reference to Mediterranean architecture.
The resort is located at the new part of the Promenade, in walking distance from restaurants, cafés, commercial and entertainment venues. All apartments have dedicated parking space on the property. There is a lift in each building.
