The entry and parking place are from the Karsiborska Street. The alternative parking place is on the corner Grunwaldzka Street and 11-Listopada Street.

A cosy two-room apartment located on the 4th floor with a west-facing balcony. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, a coffee table, an armchair and a television. Sun Tower consists of two modern buildings located on Wyspiańskiego Street, just one kilometre from the promenade and the beach. Located in the heart of the city, the two towers are just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. Commercial premises are to be built on the ground floor of the building. The estate is to be developed, with a playground and small architectural features to be built.
