The building has a lift and a direct connection to the Aqua Park at the Baltic Park Pier Aquapark. Guests have the possibility to use the Aquapark for a fee. The location of the flat in the immediate vicinity of the beach, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, makes it one of the most frequently chosen locations by guests.

There is ongoing construction on the property next door which may cause inconvenience in terms of noise and views from the windows.
