Elegant and modern two-bedroom flat located on the 4th floor in the Seaside Garden building. It consists of a cosy living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living space has a separate dining area that can accommodate four people. The flat has a north-facing balcony. The flat is located in a quiet street surrounded by trees. It is possible to reserve a parking space in the underground garage for an additional fee.

The Seaside Garden building is one of the newest in Świnoujście and is located just 200 metres from the beach. It stands out from other locations by the amenities that have been prepared for guests.
