Spacious two-bedroom flat located in a new building on the 9th floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet. In the living room you will find two sofa beds, a coffee table and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. The living room opens onto a furnished terrace facing north. There are double beds in both bedrooms. The flat comes with a parking space in the underground garage.
Sun Tower are two modern buildings located on Wyspiańskiego Street, just one kilometre from the promenade and the beach. Situated in the heart of the city, the two towers are a few minutes' walk from the city centre. Commercial premises are to be created on the ground floor of the building. The area of the estate is to be developed, a playground and elements of small architecture are to be created.
