Exclusive one-room flat on the third floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The flat is furnished with a comfortable bed, an armchair, a table and two chairs and a dressing table. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric hob, dishwasher, under-counter fridge with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is also available to guests. You can use wi-fi within the flat. The flat includes a parking space in the underground garage.

Apart Park is a complex of three luxury buildings: Albus, Rubus and Lividus, completed in 2020. Each building has a lift. In one of them, in Lividus, a SPA zone and a gym are available.SPA zone consists of: a swimming pool, jacuzzi and 3 saunas (one steam and two dry). The SPA zone is open daily from 10 am to 8 pm and costs 25zl per hour per person.It is necessary to register at the reception of the Lividus building. The complex is located very close to the sea and the renewed promenade, where you can enjoy numerous dining and shopping facilities, and at the same time in a cosy part of the seaside district of Świnoujście. An unquestionable advantage is the proximity of the aquapark.
