In the living room there are two fold-out sofas, with a sleeping area of 120 x 190 cm, a cabinet, a dining table with chairs, a chest of drawers and a coffee table and 2 armchairs. The coffee table and armchairs can be moved to the balcony. In the bedroom, comfortable sleeping is provided by a double bed of 140 x 200 cm. There is a terrestrial cable TV and internet at the guests' disposal.

Rezydencja Żeromskiego is located in the seaside district at a distance of 100 metres from the beach and right at the western beginning of the promenade. On the modernized historical promenade there are brine graduation towers, fountains and elements of small architecture as well as a unique water clock.
