A cosy and modern, two-room flat, located on the first floor, with two balconies, one on the south side and the other on the west side. The flat consists of a living room connected to an optimally equipped kitchenette (fridge, 4-burner electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Both the living room and the bedroom can be accessed on a furnished balcony. Wireless internet, laundry and bicycle room are available for guests. There is a small playground, barbecue area and free, unguarded parking (the number of parking spaces is limited, we do not guarantee availability).

The "Stil II" Villa is a new building located in the backyard of "Villa Stil I". The villa has twelve comfortable apartments available: studio, two-room and three-room apartments with balconies. Within the villa's premises you will also find a small playground, grill and parking places for guests at the back of the building.
