An intimate, one-room flat located in the attic, with a large balcony facing the northern side. It consists of a living room with a bed (140cm) and a comfortable, fold-out sofa bed, connected with an equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, 2-burner electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room also has a dining table with four chairs. Wireless internet, laundry and bicycle room are available for guests. There is a small playground, barbecue area and free, unguarded parking (the number of parking spaces is limited, we do not guarantee availability).

The „Stil” Villa is situated in the sea-side, residential quarter of Świnoujście at Konopnickiej Street 5. Konopnickiej Street is the first street parallel to the city's Promenade, about 150 m from the sea and 50 m from the promenade itself. The building has been completely modernised and rebuilt with care to keep the historical elements and architecture intact.
