Modern and luxurious studio flat, located on the second floor. It consists of a functionally furnished living room combined with an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The room's space has been designed to provide maximum comfort for guests. There is a comfortable sofa, which can be easily transformed into a bed for 2 people, an extra bed for 1 person, a table with chairs and a TV set. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner electric hob, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. A washing machine is installed in the bathroom. The flat also has a balcony on the west side.

Apart Park is a complex of three luxury buildings: Albus, Rubus and Lividus, completed in 2020. Each building has a lift. In one of them, in Lividus, a SPA zone and a gym are available.SPA zone consists of: a swimming pool, jacuzzi and 3 saunas (one steam and two dry). The SPA zone is open daily from 10 am to 8 pm and costs 25zl per hour per person. It is necessary to register at the reception of the Lividus building. The complex is located very close to the sea and the renewed promenade, where you can enjoy numerous dining and shopping facilities, and at the same time in a cosy part of the seaside district of Świnoujście. An unquestionable advantage is the proximity of the aquapark.
